01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lulibet ("lulibet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lulibet online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at lulibet.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by lulibet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lulibet Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the lulibet Platform and participation in real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years, in accordance with regulations set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). lulibet strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of lulibet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the lulibet Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.

lulibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits used.

03 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on lulibet, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the lulibet Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lulibet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. lulibet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify lulibet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. lulibet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Two-Factor Authentication: lulibet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA is your responsibility and does not transfer liability for account security to lulibet.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lulibet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: lulibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: lulibet processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within 1–6 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. lulibet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• No Cash Transactions: lulibet does not accept cash deposits or process cash withdrawals under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, lulibet offers bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses must be claimed before the start of the eligible gaming session. Retroactive bonus applications are not permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• lulibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

06 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the lulibet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

lulibet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, lulibet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. lulibet is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform. lulibet does not reverse confirmed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error or fraud.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lulibet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward lulibet staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

08 Responsible Gaming

lulibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered lulibet players from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session cutoffs after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the lulibet Platform — including but not limited to the lulibet brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of lulibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from lulibet.
• Use the lulibet name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lulibet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content provided by third-party game suppliers.

In all cases, lulibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lulibet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lulibet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to lulibet. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Suspension and Termination

lulibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the lulibet Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

lulibet operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

lulibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lulibet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
